Payments

Shakúff accepts credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Once the order is accepted, full payment is charged.

Returns

All sales are final. Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Pricing

All pricing may be subject to change without notice. All pricing is shown and charged in USD.

Lead Times

Estimated lead times begin once the payment is received, and orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks. Shipping transit time is applicable after the lead time has been completed.

Shipping

Shipping charges depend on the product and location and are calculated at the checkout.

Shipping charges for orders within the Contiguous United States include insured door-to-door delivery to easily accessible locations (without the use of a lift gate). Additional shipping charges may apply for shipments requiring a lift gate, as well as items shipped outside the Contiguous US, or to remote/outlying locations.

For international orders, delivery charges are FOB to port or door-to-door depending on shipping type quoted. Client is responsible for all customs duties & other fees associated with importing their order. You may incur additional charges depending on location of delivery should you require door-to-door services.

Shipping Service

Orders are shipped from the Shakúff Studio in Brooklyn, NY. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days and expedited shipping is usually 1-2 business days from the time of dispatch. Shakúff cannot guarantee delivery within these timelines since they are provided and fulfilled by the shipping company. Shakúff is not liable for any additional expense related to delays in shipment or delivery. In addition, Shakúff is not responsible for any shipments delayed due to customs.

Carrier Loss

Shakúff is not responsible for any package loss. If a shipment has not been received it must be reported to Shakúff Customer Service within 30 days of the original ship date.

Shipping Restrictions

The Shakúff online store ships within the USA, US Territories and internationally. At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, or APO/FPO.

Uncollected Packages

Shakúff is not responsible for uncollected packages nor any associated costs incurred.

Installation

Shakúff is not responsible for any costs related to installation, removal, or re-installation of our fixtures. Shakúff advises to review carefully fixture specifications and installation instructions prior to installation; and also to utilize services of a certified electrician.

Damages

All damages and/or defects should be reported within (14) fourteen days of receipt. Please send the invoice number, tracking number, photo documentation of the damage (in original packaging), and your contact information to info@shakuff.com.

Reports of damages/defects after (14) fourteen days can result in a denial of claim. By installing products, you are accepting the product as is.

We are not responsible for damage caused by: improper installation/assembly; improper use of light bulbs or wires; improper cleaning; parts purchased separate from our fixture; client repair/restoration.

Warranty

Shakúff warranty covers all mechanical and/or manufacturing defects for a full year after receipt date. Any change in designated use, original design, and any substitutions/alterings of the original fixture with parts from different manufacturers voids Shakúff warranty. Warranty does not extend to consumables such as light bulbs. Shakúff will repair or replace defective components or products within their discretion.

Shakúff is not responsible for any of the following:
- Any costs related to installation, re-installation or removal of fixture
- Any damages caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer or a third party
- Any damages caused by exposure to elements or improper environment. Hard-wired light fixtures are rated for dry, indoor locations only.
-Any damages caused by unapproved cleaning methods;
-Any changes in appearance or patina caused by natural wear.

Shakúff reserves the right to terminate access to all or any part of this site, or decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time without notice or explanation.
